Instructions
- Lie on your back with knees bent.
- Gently tuck the chin as if creating a small double chin.
- Maintain the chin tuck while lightly lifting the head 1–2 inches from the surface.
- Hold without holding your breath.
- Slowly lower and relax.
Recommended Reps / Time
- Hold 5–10 seconds
- 5–10 repetitions
- 1–2 sets daily
